Make it a priority to focus on initiatives that might lead to you having a paper published in a reputable journal. Stop waiting around for the perfect moment to compose and turn in your papers.

Opt for a supervisor who is actively engaged in research

When choosing a supervisor for your master's or doctoral thesis, look for someone who is currently producing papers of a high calibre. This supervisor will assist you in publishing articles and will make prospects for the future available to you.

Try to colaborate

Don't just do it for the sake of receiving a degree

Some students just enrol in classes without making much progress in their education and yet manage to acquire a degree. Avoid going in this direction. Do your master's work with a specific goal in mind, such as acquiring new skills, finding a certain employment, or securing a prestigious PhD post. After the purpose has been determined, the next step is to put the plan into action.
