Paste the following in the “parameter”
a 420[nm] "period"
d_hex a/sqrt(3) "side length"save this text as a .txt file and load in the parameter
Paste the following in the polygon table (save as .txt and load):
d_hex 0
d_hex/2 a/2
-d_hex/2 a/2
-d_hex 0
-d_hex/2 -a/2
d_hex/2 -a/2Click BUILD ALL
DONE !
