Honor Watch ES Smartwatch is one of the best smartwatch in this price range. It has an AMOLED touch display. The bezel-less colourful display delivers great visuals that adjust brightness automatically according to the ambient lighting condition of the region you are in. The screen is really great, battery backup awesome. I personally like the screen very much and the notifications are awesome you can even read longer messages. Let say you have a five-line WhatsApp message you can scroll through and read the full text which is just great!

When you first unbox you are Smartwatch you might have to update your firmware and then install the software it will show installing... don't freak out it is just a normal process to install the firmware.
Oxygen Monitor and Pulse reading
Smartwatch luckily also support oxygen monitor and heart pulse metre it is very useful especially in this pandemic to get real-time feedback of your medical condition ( note this is not a medical-grade sensor, for medical treatment using the standard device and not a smartwatch). Well, I have also checked and compared the values from the original oximeter which is available from the market and I found the value is very close. So even if you might not use this for medical reasons but it will give the approximate good value of your pulse even I found the value of oxygen spo2 level quite decent and it was consistent with the original oximeter which I had.
Sleep Monitor on Honor Watch ES
The sleep monitor on honour watch ES is quite good and it gives very detailed data along with a graph to show how was your sleep how much time did you slept when did you wake up and all-important graphs. overall I am very much satisfied with the performance of the sleep monitor. here I will give a screenshot of my test. it's actually not a test, I use it daily to check whether I am sleeping properly or not if I see that my sleep is not good then I try my best to keep my stress level low. I don't think much about different topic so that I can sleep properly and for me, It definitely helped me a lot.

The interface of the app is really great. I'm using Android phone and here I will show a screenshot of my phone when my watch is connected it shows the battery percentage the steps the calories the distance travelled the different kind of watch face also there is a help section it will also show the details about the health monitor and the basic settings.
Health Data inside the app
The health section of the app is quite interesting. it will show you the step count, the calories burnt, the distance travelled. It will also monitor your heart rate 24/7. It will show the sleep patterns and if you set up your weight height and show on it with that details too. overall I found the health section quite informative and easy to use.
Battery backup ?
The battery backup of honour watch ES is quite good. if you run your heartbeat monitor 24/7 and it is connected to your phone then it will easily last for around 5 to 6 days. If you turn on your heart rate monitor for some time, maybe you run your heart rate monitor for one and one hour or two hours a day and the watch is connected to your phone 24/7 it will easily last for 10 days at least in the first few months of your purchase as per my review. So you don't have to be concerned about the battery backup it is quite good.
